William Root, B.S.
Programming Consultant
William Root is a software developer and consultant with over 25 years of experience developing commercial software products and private business software. He has designed, programmed, documented, sold, and maintained shrink wrapped products independently and with others. He has also produced standalone modules for existing products and modified and performed maintenance on existing programs.
William began working with Applied Biomathematics in 1997. While his previous professional experience rarely diverged from computers, working with Applied Biomathematics has exposed him to risk analysis, population viability analysis, endangered species classification, educational software, and more. Assisting the researchers at the company has given him the opportunity to contribute to most current RAMAS products.
